Named by Thrill-list as one of the "best small towns in America" Sea Bright is located just 1 hour from NYC/Hoboken and features a variety of gourmet restaurants, bars, recreational activities and boutique shopping. The house is located on Ocean Avenue, with the beach across the street and the Shrewsbury River down the block.
Newly renovated, 4 bedrooms/3 baths (sleeps 10), parking for 4, two separate living areas, an oversized fenced-in grass yard w/outdoor deck, gas grill, outdoor shower and a garage filled w/surf boards, boogie boards, fishing poles, paddle board, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ping-pong table, bikes and more. Beach access is directly across the street; no passes required. Note, thisarea of Sea Bright is not lifeguarded (life vests and swimmies in thegarage too!). The town lifeguarded beach is less than 3/4 mile down the road.Sandy Hook State Park is also just a short bike ride away and featuresnumerous ocean and bay beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. Weekly rentals begin June 30th (Friday to Friday) through August 18. Monthly or Weekly rentals available in the offseason too.
