A high-rise condo with the largest art mural in the Caribbean and this upper-level apartment has an amazing view of San Juan Bay, the city and the ocean at a distance. Scooter stations at the building, to transport to the T-Mobile's convention center district, Miramar, Condado, Old San Juan and beaches within minutes.

San Juan - Great location!

Very clean, spacious apartment! Owner was very responsive and friendly. Excellent location- easy to get from airport and lively weekend nightlife. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect Location

Dwight was very attentive. The apartment is in a great location with a number of restaurants across the street. Walmart is just a 5 minutes drive away. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a big plus. We were in town for a swimming competition at the natatorium…couldn’t have been staying any closer.

Spring Break in PR!

It was five of us staying in the apartment, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the natural cross breeze when the front door and window was open, used the washer/dryer, and all appliances were easy to use. The area is near a lot of bars and restaurants so that was really fun, and ubers were relatively cheap split between us all. There is no hottub/whirlpool in the building which is fine but it is listed as an amenity, we saw one centipede and a roach, as well as a couple dust mites on the kitchen/living room counter…but it is a hot place and we had the windows open in the living room. We got one set of keys and our friends accidentally took them on a morning hike, but one of the hosts came to give us another set or else we would have been locked into the apartment. Overall, great stay and great customer service I would recommend if you’re only staying a couple nights!

Tiny Condo Apartment

Although this property was immediately available on a short notice, it was listed with erroneous information. The listing reflected 3 bedrooms with 1 1/2 bathrooms. When we entered, the property was much smaller than expected and had only 1 bathroom. In addition, the surrounding neighborhood is questionable and not suitable for a senior population. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. He met me at the property and offered to cancel the reservation. We both called VRBO, me on my phone and he on his. We were on the phone with VRBO for OVER 2 hours!!! They FINALLY acceded to the cancellation, but the experience was TERRIBLE. Their customer service was horrendous!!!
