This beautiful new build will make you feel right at home. Furnished with 2 King beds and a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed (all with high-end hybrid mattresses and a TV in each room), everyone will sleep comfortably. You will find everything you need in this beautiful, fully furnished cooks' kitchen. It was built for gathering family and friends and it shows, right down to the last detail……everything in this home is brand new!! Front has a wraparound porch, and back porch has a fireplace and beautiful wooded view. Guests are welcome to park in the extra-large two-car garage. In the Garage, you will find many recreational tools for your Use! List includes Pickle Ball and Paddles, Walking Sticks, Fishing Poles and Tackle, Rockhounding tools, Beach/stadium chairs and Golf Clubs!
Early/Late check in and check out may be available upon request!
After parking in driveway, you will need to walk around the left side of the garage to get to the front door.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.
The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.
This is a NO Smoking, NO pet policy rental!
NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.
