There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $600 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $49.00 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $75.00. Max 2 pets allowed no breed/weight restrictions.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The required refundable security deposit is charged per night per unit on a valid credit card.

✦ On going renovations from 03/02/2026 - 09/30/2026 (subject to delays). Restaurant serves breakfast & lunch only. Pool/beach open 10AM–4PM w/ limited drinks.
