Nestled on 20 wooded acres, this log cabin has all the privacy you need. Recently built from rough hewn logs, it is the perfect place to relax watching deer and other wildlife right from the front door. The lofted main bedroom overlooks the wooden beams of the living room while the second bedroom gives additional guests privacy. There is a doggie door out the back into a large fenced area with its own dog cabin. Large garage for parking ATVs and sleds to use on the trails accessible just behind the property. Electrical RV hookup available in the driveway. Explore the trails throughout the acreage as well as a small wetland area. Multiple lakes for boating and fishing within minutes.

An amazing stay

Friend and i just wanted to get away for the weekend and this was the perfect place for it. Everything was well kempt and clean. The scenery and trails were truly just gorgeous. Definitely going to be coming back again.

Exceptional Stay

We traveled with our 2 dogs and could not have had a better set up! Very clean and had everything you could think of! We very much enjoyed our accomodations!

Remote, quiet and clean

This was my first visit to this cabin, and to the area, and I loved it! My Border Collie and I enjoyed hanging out seeing and listening to nothing but nature. The cabin is set well back off a very lightly travelled country road surrounded by trees. It had a nice fire pit area, and some hiking trails on the other side of the pond and around the huge yard. Nearby are endless hiking trails on the beautiful Ice Age Trail system and plenty of lakes. The cabin itself was lovely, comfy and very clean, stocked with anything you may need and is very dog friendly. I can't wait to come back!

Winter Adventure

This is a fantastic property. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and captures the essence of a classic "up-north" retreat. Communication with the owner is fantastic, and she has been a pleasure to work with over the past two years.I highly recommend booking this location.

Nice relaxing cabin

This is a nice place all by itself in the woods. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and there was enough room for the four of us. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We stayed at the property for a short vacation/family get together. It was the perfect location quit and very private. It is sometimes hard to find a place we can bring our dogs with. It was very dog friendly.

Loved it!

We would definitely stay here again! The coziness and amenities were a bonus. Overall very good experience. We had 4 adults, a 5 year old, a 1 year old and a dog as our group and there was room for all of us comfortably. The property is beautiful as well.

Great place to getaway!

We will be back again! We didn't bring our dog this time. Kid's wanted her more:) Very dog friendly. Overall our stay was great, they have everything you need.

Fall Paradise

This is an amazing property. The cabin is beautiful with all appliances in good shape. There are numerous walking trails throughout the property and wildlife is abundant. Communication with the owner was fantastic!

Great getaway

The cabin was very nice and the host responded to all requests in a timely manner. The mosquitoes were pretty bad when we visited, though that is out of the host’s control. Just be sure to pack lots of bug spray! (There was some in the cabin as well.)

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time at this secluded cabin in the woods. It was the perfect size for our small family, extremely clean, and cozy. We were in Wisconsin for an event in Chetek, this cabin was off the beaten path but worth it for the experience. We would love to make it back another time.

Perfect cabin in the woods

Was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet and relaxing. Woke up to chirping birds and mooing cows every morning. Hosts were great and very accessible with any questions or clarifications.
