Relax with the family at this peaceful place. There are beds for 14 people and 4 bathrooms. The cabin sits on 25 acres with your own pond and fire pit. The yard has a basketball hoop, swing set, slide for the kids, a picnic table on the patio, and large grass area for family fun. There is lots of parking. During the day enjoy Fairview Canyon and the Sanpete Valley.

Beautiful property!

Spacious and comfortable place. We stayed here before our teens' mountain bike race in Manti and it was great for a few families together!

This cabin is spacious and inviting. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees on the property. This was an enjoyable stay with our family.

The home was beautifully built and we were very excited to be able to gather at a place that could accommodate all of us, fourteen in all plus one dog. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and seen how filthy it was. As a person that lives in a log home myself and also as a previous VRBO owner I understand the care it takes to keep a house like that clean. The walls were covered in dust and dirt, the staircase was covered in dust, dirt and animal hair. There were dead flies all over and mice feces on the counters and floors. There wasn’t a single front porch light that worked and many burnt out light bulbs throughout the house. There plenty of towels but not enough wash cloths or kitchen The two fold out couches that were supposed to accommodate 4 people were not in working condition. One had missing springs and the other one was unusable for two people to sleep on. We were told that we would have to clean up after the our dog which is not a problem at all, but when we got there we found poop in the yard which we felt like we had to clean up so we didn’t receive a fee. We also had pressure to clean up all dog hair or be fined. But with so much dirt and animal hair on the carpet and stairs I was really worried that I would be fined. The floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned because there was hair clips, used Q-tips pieces of some kind of plastic and other items. We actually left a day early because we didn’t have enough beds and the house was filthy. Won’t recommend

We had a great time. The cabin is cozy and cute. Was cold when we got there but once we turned on the heat and space heater in the living room we were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully functional although a little small for a large group. Would’ve loved if there were more table space and chairs. We also loved the outdoor area and pond, we hope to come again and stay longer so that we can enjoy the canoe and explore the area more.

Yearly family vacation

We really enjoyed this cabin. Beautiful location, very clean house and big bedrooms. We had multiple families staying with us of all different age groups. Everyone was able to have the room they needed to accommodate their kids. Plus extra space to hang out in the meantime. Staying in July with the heat we definately noticed not having A/C but there are fans in each room. Luckily it’s so pretty outside that we didn’t stay inside too much. Overall a wonderful stay and I would come back again.

Awesome Property for Family Get Togethers!

This property was better than we hoped - it exceeded expectations! Sometimes folks' over-sell and under deliver. Not the case with this property. This was a great memory making place for our family. We have already looked into availability for next summer. The recently installed A/C worked great. The young ones loved the pond and the canoe. The whole family enjoyed sitting and visiting around the firepit one evening. A big lawn area allowed the young ones to pitch a few tents. The property was very nice, very clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. In general, the owners made our stay wonderful. It is near small stores and gas stations for the last-minute items you might forget, like ice, and churches are only a short drive away for Sunday obligations. Thank you!
