✸Booking is confirmed only after a valid photo ID is submitted and the Rental Agreement is signed within 24 hours of booking
✸All guests will be required to provide a security deposit of $500 in the form of a hold on a valid credit card.
✸From October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $75 plus $50/night plus 14.55% Transaction Privilege Tax
✸VRBO imposes a traveler service fee that can range from 6-15% of the total reservation cost. Those fees are imposed by and paid directly to VRBO for the use of their platform and services. Therefore, Casa Buena Vida does not have the ability to discount or eliminate such fees for reservations initiated through the VRBO platform..
