The Neighborhood:

Our home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Talahi Island, right on the water with the lake at the back of the property. You get the calm of the coast and the salt air without giving up access to the city. Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive, and historic downtown Savannah is close enough for dinner and back. This location suits groups who want both sides of the coast, the energy of the historic district and the quiet of the islands.



Getting Around:

A car is not required but it is useful for anything beyond the immediate area. Free parking is available at the home. Historic downtown Savannah is roughly a 15 minute drive and Tybee Island beach about 15 minutes as well. Uber and Lyft are widely available and reasonably priced for quick trips into the historic district. The neighborhood itself is quiet and easy to walk or bike, with several restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive.

🔹 We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we need to make sure the entire estate is clean and prepared for arrival. Early bag drop can often be arranged, please inquire if that helps your group

🔹 The hot tub is open for year-round use but does have scheduled maintenance. We will inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance whenever it needs to occur and keep it as short as possible

🔹 A dock is accessible via approximately 13 steps at the far end of the outdoor space
