Come escape to soak in the sun on the beach during the summer, enjoy the crisp air and beautiful colors of the fall, or cozy up to a crackling indoor wood burning stove with a good book! Tucked away in Coloma MI, which is a quiet little spot conveniently located between St. Joseph (South) and South Haven (North).

FYI - there is a Ring Doorbell and 2 outdoor security cameras on the property overlooking the front windows and the backyard. Devices are only be used for security purposes. We follow Vrbo's policy on surveillance devices at a property and ensure everyone's privacy rights.

Check-out by 11 am, take off all used flat linens, fitted sheets, and pillowcases. Put them on the bathroom floor. Leave duvet covers on unless dirty. Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor
Close all windows, blinds, and all doors. Please check that the fridge door is closed. Clean all dishes, empty the kitchen sink. Cover BBQ &move back near the house.
Put trash in outside trash can, and put the can near the street. Summer Season: Set the A/C to 85⁰F. Winter Season: Set the heater to 65⁰F. Report damages or issues immediately

Everything was as described(beautiful home and outdoor space and clean)and the hosts were easy to communicate with(the grass was getting long and I messaged them to see if it could be mowed and they answered back and had it mowed in the same day). Lots of board games and card games available also. There are 3 small beaches within 10 minutes of the property -- especially enjoyed Rocky Gap Park. Also close to Warren Dunes State park, 30 min drive, for larger dunes. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Exactly what we needed.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean. I really liked that they offered beach chairs and toys. The patio is really nice and relaxing after a day at the beach.

Lovely and clean space. Easy checkin, quiet location but close to everything we wanted. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the screened in porch! Would book again.

Summer beach getaway

The property was as listed- it was clean and everything was in working order. We had a great time at the beach and enjoyed the spacious property when we got back! We would visit again!

Great property! Only desire was for more comfortable mattresses in the two larger beds- loved the bedding! One sister left her pour over coffee carafe top and I texted to see if they found it and haven't heard back yet.

We will definitely be back! The house was clean and comfortable and the space around it was beautiful and quiet. We stayed over a long 4th of July weekend with our two kids and we all enjoyed our time there. The appliances were new and high end, the beds were really comfortable, and the proximity to the water and other nearby towns was perfect. My kids loved the bunk beds. I loved the sun room, as it provided a quiet, peaceful, and pretty place for my morning meditation practice. It was a good size for our family of four. Even though my kids have grown past the need for a potty seat, I appreciated the hosts storing one (as well as little kid books and games) because it’s the kind of thing you might forget to bring and it can make things easier for parents. My only two wishes for next time would be to stock face towels in addition to body towels and give the back yard a quick mow. Thanks, Hosts!!

The home was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We loved the screened in porch, back deck and yard with the fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The hosts really put a lot of thought and care into providing all that guests would need. The location is near a really great beach access point (about a 5 minute drive). The only negative was some of the neighboring homes which were run down and had some loud music blaring on a few occasions (thankfully not during the night).
