Outdoors: 10 PM to 8 AM
Indoors: 11 PM to 8 AM
Please respect our quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

🔹 **No Parties or Events:**
Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.

🔹 **No Smoking or Vaping:**
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the house,
including all shared indoor spaces.

🔹 **Overnight Guests:**
If you plan to have additional overnight guests, kindly inform us in advance.

🔹 **BBQ Use & Cleaning:**
Please note that BBQ cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue after use.
A $100 cleaning charge will apply if the BBQ is left uncleaned.
