And delicious meals can be relished at one of the city's many eateries, cafes, or bars. Additionally, sports fans will love the home's close proximity to Hertz Arena, Jet Blue Arena, and Hammond Stadium.

After a day full of adventure, head for your sweet retreat where the furnishings are comfortable, the amenities are modern, and dazzling sunset views can be appreciated from the home's Western-facing lanai. When you aren't dining out, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to show off your culinary skills. And when you simply want to relax, kick back in the living room where the 65-inch TV is ready to stream all of your favorite shows.

The bedrooms offer high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and private TVs (a 65-inch in the primary bedroom and a 47-inch in the additional bedroom). For everyone's complete comfort, the home also showcases central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a sunroom, and a Pack-N-Play.

Outside, head for the community's shared pool, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the firepit to reminisce on memories made thus far.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
