Thank you for your recent review of Caribbean Dunes 111. Caribbean Dunes is in a great location across the street from the beach. We are sorry to hear you had some issues with the noise level and cleanliness of the dishes. Unfortunately, we have no control over the guests upstairs and certain shoes on the tile floors can be loud. We greatly appreciate your feedback about the dishes and have forwarded your comments to the Director of Housekeeping to ensure our 65-point inspection is being followed. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach.

Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are so sorry that your expectations were not met during your stay. Our records could find no report of any problems with the jacuzzi or we would have been more than happy to take care of it during your stay. Our photos are professionally shot to be aesthetically pleasing and rarely show close-ups of the insides of tubs. This does not mean we are trying to hide anything. Our write up of Caribbean Dunes mentions the master bath jacuzzi so we are promoting that feature. Again, as soon as we heard there was a problem with the complex hot tub, we contacted the HOA and that was taken care of in short order. I think the problem here was had we had known about these issues that were so important to you, and had we known as soon as it was discovered, your stay could have been a lot different. We were so happy to hear that you did appreciate the location of this popular unit and that you found it comfortable.
