BOOK NOW to get your desired rates for your future stay at Happy Waves! This oceanfront condo has beautiful views of courtyard, pool, and ocean from the balcony of this 3rd floor unit. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that sits 4, as well as a dining table that seats 4. Bedding includes 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. While it is close to downtown Atlantic Beach shopping and restaurants, it is off the beaten path to allow for privacy. With a private beach access, you are minutes away from the beach! If you chose to eat out, this condo is a short drive away from many great restaurants! Choose a day spent lounging around the pool or playing in the refreshing water while the kids enjoy their own kiddie pool. Guests can also enjoy the laundry facility, located on the first floor of each building. From exploring Fort Macon State Park, located just north of the Atlantic Beach town borders, to playing miniature golf at one of the many area facilities, visitors will find plenty to do for a full beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not very well stocked especially for beach activities so you should plan to bring all your own beach accessories. The items provided in the unit are limited as compared to all homes we have stayed in. The location was great with good access to the pool and the ocean. No parking pass was provided and beware there is not a washer/dryer in the unit (the site I booked indicated there was). There is a laundry on site. Not a bad place to stay but just understand it does not have all the bells and whistles.

Overall a positive vacation

Overall our visit was great. The property manager was responsive when we first contacted her. We were on the 3rd floor. But, one thing to know, there is no elevator. For someone like me having recently had major surgery that was a big deal. My husband and I stayed in the master. The bed was great! However, the TV was not in working order, and there was no remote. That would have been helpful on the day it rained all day. I would have been good to have a lamp in the bedroom. That way one person could rest/sleep, while the other could read. Without the use of the TV, I read a book, but had to leave the main light on from the ceiling. We were a multigenerational group and the main TV was occupied by others. We did have a view of the ocean and used the grills that are on the property. Some of our party enjoyed the use of the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Make sure to bring a dishcloth if you prefer to wash with that instead of a sponge. We only found a sponge that was previously used. The location was beach front, with a good walk for exercise!! Beautiful views!! The waters were rough during our stay so we were able to grab some wonderful finds tossed up by the ocean. The beach front is well maintained and a perfect place to rest and relax. Just what you want from a beach trip!!
