Basic but cozy 2nd floor apartment in Camden Harbor district, walk out the entrance door and the harbor is right across the street . Art galleries and restaurants surround this location on Bayview St. There is a candy/gift store down below. If anyone remembers Uncle Willy’s candy shop which was across the street this story carries on that tradition.
2 private queen bedrooms with a twin bed off one of them. 2 full bathrooms one with tub shower the other with shower.
Master Bedroom has queen with a single in separate but connected room.
There is a second queen bedroom next to the Living room. Living room has TV, couch, recliner and another chair.Full kitchen with Dining table in that space. Washer and dryer also in unit.

Wonderful stay at this apartment! It was super spacious, easily fitting our family of 4 that includes two teenagers. The location was perfect. Right in the center of town across from Camden Harbor, the restaurants, and shopping. The owner was a great communicator. I would highly recommend this property!

The apartment was perfectly located on a quiet street in the heart of downtown. One of the best restaurants in town is less than 75 yards away, directly across the street on the harbor. Access was easy, the landlord responsive, and the place was immaculate. We would definitely put this on our “must return” list.

Front door keys need to be smoothed out. Too much fumbling for Arthritic hands.Back toilet paper holder was broke.Some way to highlight floor changes, accident waiting to happen.Other than those minor things place was wonderful.

Our host, Andy, described this property perfectly! It’s not new or flashy but has its own comfortable charm and is so roomy! Beds are heavenly as are comfortable sheets which is a true plus! Plenty of coffee and even snacks for us, along with kitchen supplies that were more than ample. And location is hard to beat! An easy walk to the harbor and just a block from shops and restaurants. Washer and dryer worked great and plenty of hot water.Cheers to our host! At 9 pm on a Friday night when the wifi wasn’t working, he quickly sourced a perfect alternative solution for us. Thanks, Andy!Parking was easy! Because the town is so convenient, we never had to move our car, but it was nice to have a designated lot for our vehicle. Took away a lot of anxiety as we prepared for our trip.If ‘modern and snazzy’ is your goal for your stay, this isn’t it. But it checked off every box for us! And we would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

This apartment was wonderful! The location is RIGHT downtown, within walking distance to everything in the heart of Camden. We were able to walk to any of the restaurants we wanted to go to, down to the harbor, etc. The space was also huge! Way larger than we would have imagined. Our son liked playing in the tv room, there was carpet and some kids toys in there. There were plenty of towels, toiletries etc. and the kitchen was huge too. The lockbox system was easy to use. It was quiet. We stayed here with 4 adults and one toddler. Really can’t say enough positives things about the place, and the host was very communicative and accommodating.
