Hospitable host lives at the property which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and/or snacks were on offer for purchase but our schedule didn't allow it. All was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. Thank you Wally and family!

Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.

Quaint neighborhood dwelling close to walking trails and many restaurants/shops to cover one’s needs. Communication was timely and helpful. Yes there was some barking and noise from adjacent room but it was tolerable and would not deter us from staying here again.

It's quite literally a room inside a house. Owner has two little dogs who barked during our stay. If you don't want to feel like you're staying at your grandma's house, I'd look else ware. Besides that, very quant space for a night.

Great spot for a two night stay. Super convenient location for our purposes. Safe neighborhood. This room is great but is part of a larger house so expect to hear some host noise like talking, cooking or dogs. The room itself and the outdoor sitting area were great! The shower was great with hot water and shampoo and conditioner provided. Bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Really cute space! You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the fixtures and decor. The bed is SO comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely look here first.

This is a very beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable room. The private outdoor garden was also lovely. VERY quiet! There is no breakfast, though. I had asked for a spoon to be provided for the granola I brought and there weren't any, so communication wasn't perfect. It is still an exceptional place, even if you have to eat with a plastic fork!.

Great Get-away

My husband and I were in the area for an engagement party for our son combined with a little sight-seeing. This was an ideal home base for us. It was well-appointed and conveniently located for our needs. Thanks for an enjoyable stay! We'll definitely be back when we come up to visit our son and new daughter-in-law!

Very friendly cozy stay

We stayed for 4 nights. Our vacation started with a James Taylor concert at Wolftrap ( just a short Uber to the venue). The apartment had a nice retro vibe with a convenient small kitch setup, beautifully new remodeled bathroom, big screen tv and access to all major apps and internet. Wally and family were very welcoming and assisted any time we asked. Beautiful location, loved this spot!
