Downtown Loft w/ Gourmet Kitchen. Walk Everywhere!
Be one of the first guests to stay in this newly remodeled luxury loft at the edge of downtown. Gourmet kitchen, great open floor plan and a fantastic location close to everything.
Located in the North Village Arts district, you are within a block of some of the best restaurants in Columbia. A popular local coffee shop is located directly across the street. Three blocks to the heart of downtown. Walking distance to the University, Columbia College, and Stephens College.
This three bedroom loft occupies the entire second floor of the building. You will have smart lock access to the exterior entrance at the rear of the house.
A single parking space is provided in the private lot behind the building. Street parking is available and there are a number of City parking garages within walking distance. A full exterior remodel was completed in 2022.

Great place, great location
We come to Columbia a couple of times a year for our son’s performances with Marick Dance at the Missouri Theater. The loft is within walking distance, has everything we need do host other visiting family and is very comfortable. We try to stay here each time.

Great visit back!
This space is clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and felt at home. The location is great - walkable to all of downtown and the local campuses. We had a bit of an issue with check in (the provided code wasn’t working) but Joe was on-site to resolve it within 5-10 minutes. He was so nice and it was smooth sailing from there. A nice place with thoughtful hosts.

Another great stay!
This is our favorite place to stay when we are in town to see our son perform with Mareck Dance.We were there when an F1 tornado took out the recycling center. Joe called us as the sirens were going off to tell us how to get to the basement for shelter. (We happened to be sheltering at our son’s house.). Joe really wanted to make sure we were safe, and we appreciate that!
