Enjoy your stay in the old servant’s quarters of the manor built by circus owner Jeremiah Mugivan. This completely remodeled upstairs apartment with kitchenette is located in the carriage house. This Studio apartment has a sitting chair and small dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette features microwave, K. Cup coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, plates and silverware. This apartment has a queen bed with full walk in closet. Towels and linens are provided. One block from downtown- walking distance to several restaurants, boutique shopping and coffee shops. The local museum is within walking distance and the circus museum is only a few miles outside of town.

Beautiful place with lots of old charm and full of modern amenities. The treats for our pup was a thoughtful touch. Host was very responsive and welcoming.

Marvelous place. Close enough to stroll with our fur baby downtown. Comfortable bed, all amenities cannot say enough nice things about the hospitality. We had everything we could think of.

Cute and cozy

This is a perfect room for one or two people. So nice and cozy. Close to anything and every you'd need in town. I would definitely book again!

Great stay!

This place was so cute! It was very clean and the host was very accommodating. It was also very close to the wedding we were going to. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would stay again.

Neat apartment

I booked an apartment for a weekend because hotel prices were outrageous due to an event nearby. This was my first VRBO rental. I was pleasantly surprised with how much nicer it is staying here compared to a hotel. It's also walking distance to some good food and drink places. I will be back if it's available next time.

Quaint and Convenient

Had a fabulous weekend staying in this studio apartment near downtown nightlife. It is one room but large in amenities. Was comfortable, cozy and convenient to walk to downtown nightlife. Only suggestions would be a full length mirror to view my datenight outfit and a barista mat for the Keurig to protect the wood furniture. Niether are a deal breaker for me, I will definitely book again!!
