Nestled at the base of the mountains in a spectacular desert setting, this Spanish-style home brings luxe comfort and gorgeous scenery to any Palm Springs getaway. This is a place for basking in the beauty of your surroundings - by unwinding in the heated pool and spa, barbecuing on the back patio amidst flowering gardens, and dining alfresco as the setting sun illuminates the sky.
This single-story home is part of the Desert Highland Gateway Estates on the northwest side of Palm Springs. It's a setting that gives you excellent access to neighborhood tennis courts, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (five miles), and the renowned restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and cultural attractions of downtown Palm Springs (three miles).
Step inside to find an open and social space that's wonderful for entertaining. The eat-in kitchen is a home chef's delight, offering stainless steel appliances that include double ovens, a gas range, a French-door fridge, and a wine cooler. Host special dinners at the large dining room table, bring dessert outside to the patio, and stream movies and play board games by the gas fireplace in the living room once the sun goes down.
The three bedrooms in the main part of the house include two with en suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and direct access to the patio. The fourth bedroom is in a separate casita which includes its own smart TV, bathroom, and desk workspace. Other home essentials - such as central air, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer - are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
