It was a wonderful stay! Everything was as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Deck was lovely. Dinner recommendations were spot on. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Everything was thoughtfully provided, the location was great, and the host was wonderful to communicate with. We had such a relaxing trip and would definitely stay here again!

We had a family vacation in this house and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Even the teenage girls loved the house. It was spacious, clean and convenient. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Our family stays in beach rentals at least three times a year and have done so for the past 1015 years this has by far been the best experience in house we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommended will be back for the holidays.

Beautiful, very clean home with all the amenities you could want in a beach house. Close to the beach, tennis/pickleball courts, grocery store, several restaurants. Multiple decks with comfortable outdoor seating. Short drive to historic St. Augustine. We had a great week!

A truly magical place to stay. This was another fabulous stay at Ron's house and I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. Quiet, yet a short (1min or less) walk to a quiet section of beach, the house offers luxury comforts like great beds, a well stocked kitchen, spotless bathrooms and a layout that offers both privacy yet encourages everyone to be together. The roof deck has incredible sunset views and the garage is well stocked with all you need for the beach. The location is blocks from Publix and St Augustine is a short drive across the bridge, although you probably won't want to leave! Ron is an incredible host and clearly takes pride in his house and making sure you have a wonderful experience. Already dreaming about coming back next year!

Ron was quick to respond to communications. House was very comfortable for 7 adults. Decks were wonderful for views and outdoor comfort. Well stocked kitchen and beach towels/chairs. Beds were impressively comfortable was noted by all! Would stay again

Excellent stay - very close to the beach, the house appears to have received a thoughtful renovation with quality finishings, fully stocked kitchen, and natural light and amenities (beach towels! umbrella! chairs!). One consideration for any property in Vilano area with young kids, there's a fairly busy oceanside road, so be mindful when crossing.
