Despite its private location, our home is conveniently situated close to everything. You'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from excellent schools, including Hoover Elementary, Holmes Middle School, and Stevenson High School, all within the Livonia school district. In addition, major grocery stores, diverse shopping options, and fine dining establishments are easily accessible. And if you're craving the excitement of big cities, Detroit, Plymouth, and Bloomfield are all just a short drive away.

Our home is a spacious and meticulously maintained four-bedroom colonial, ready to welcome you with open arms. With two and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to freshen up and prepare for the day ahead. The large square footage ensures that you'll have ample space to relax and unwind during your stay.

The kitchen is a true culinary haven, fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Multiple dining areas allow for memorable shared meals and quality time with loved ones. For entertainment, the house offers various options, including a cozy living room and a bonus large basement, perfect for hosting game nights or simply enjoying a movie marathon.
Guest Access
As our valued guests, you'll have access to the entire home during your stay. Feel free to explore and make yourselves comfortable in all the rooms, including the four bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, living room, three-season room with the Jacuzzi, and the lower level entertainment space.
Other Things to Note
At our Airbnb, we take great pride in providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We understand that most visitors are here to spend time with loved ones, work, or explore the city, and we welcome these types of guests with open arms.

However, we do want to make it abundantly clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or any other activities that could disrupt the neighborhood. We have noise sensors in place to monitor the decibel levels, and we reserve the right to ask guests who violate this rule to leave. We strongly believe in being good neighbors, both to the city and to the community that we are a part of.

We also have a strict no-smoking policy in our home. Smoking or vaping in the house will result in a $400 cleaning fee. Additionally, if our check-out preparation is disregarded and the home is left in an excessively dirty state, a cleaning charge of up to $250 may be incurred.
