Make yourself at home at this fourth-floor condo, and let it be the perfect home base for your next Wisconsin Dells adventures! Spend your days golfing, or hanging out by the river before coming home and taking a long soak in the jetted tub. Then, curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a favorite movie or show on the TV with cable. When mealtime comes, cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen before retiring to one of the well-appointed bedrooms for a good night's sleep. Additional perks include a shared washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include the spa, pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was nice having a kitchen. Wish we could have used the water park. It would have been better if the unit had a washer and dryer.

The condo was clean and had newer towels for use. I was worried about the smell from a previous review but there was no smell at all. It’s older so some of the furniture and bedding is worn but that happens with things over time and we did not care at all. There were some dirty pans but we washed them and it was fine. We had a great time and really enjoyed our room!

Photos Looks nicer than it actually is. The furniture and beds need to be replaced no support at all. Don’t plan to use the kitchen unless you bring your own pots and pans, the ones they have are just gross!!. Also prepare to walk a mile to your car.

3 nights @ the Dells

This condo was as pictured, maybe even more spacious. It was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. The finishes felt like a condo version of a hotel room. Some of the furniture and kitchen supplies could use an update.Overall, it worked out well for our group of 6 and I would stay again.

Nice facility but not taken care of

Chula Vista is a nice place. The area was great and close to downtown. It looks like the owners don’t actually check on their place. For the amount of fees you pay for cleaning they want you to do a load of laundry and dishes. TVs are very small and old. Needs some TLC.

Good location out of the gray of the crowds

Very nice setup in the condo, spacious and a good layout. Some reviews talked about no staff in the building but that was not a problem at all for us. We liked the two pools and the fact that the water slide is not right next to the condos. The condo was clean and seemed to have enough utensils if you were cooking. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and roomy, but……

The condo was nice, and the location good for a short drive downtown. The pull-out couch needed some TLC. The blanket was snagged and torn, and the mattress was badly stained. Didn’t want my little ones sleeping on it. A few of the outlets in the double room did not work when trying to charge devices. With four kids, it would have been nice to have access to a vacuum, as I hate to leave messes. The jacuzzi was nice for moments of evening relaxation.

Condo was nice and clean. Check in was easy with a coded lock. We enjoyed our time at the resort for a convention we were attending.

Family Christmas in The Dells

The condo was clean and well appointed with soap and plenty of towels in the bathrooms The kitchen was stocked with coffee, plenty of garbage bags and dish soap & sponge. The only minor inconvenience is that parking is shared with the entire resort and waterpark, so finding a close spot can be difficult. Would definitely stay here again. Point to be noted, as stated in the listing, it can't be overstated, this is an independent rental and does not enjoy any of the resort amenities. I feel the cost fairly reflected this.

Fall weekend get-a-way

The condo was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The one surprising thing was that the beds don’t have a blanket other than the bedspread. You may want to bring your own. I would stay here again!

Great condo

Condo was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels etc. Downside and nothing to do with the condo unit itself, elevators out of order, ice machines out of order, lack of staff in restaurants on property. I would still rent this condo again!
