Experience an amazing island home in close proximity to Mississippi River & minute's drive to Memphis downtown / medical district. The primary suite is downstairs, with a whirlpool tub. Level 2 has 2 private bedrooms with a shared bath.
Tv in living room (50), master room (42) & one upstairs (42)

We are new hosts but have travelled around the world & aim to use that experience to create a comfortable & memorable stay for you.

-Master bath has whirlpool tub for relaxing bath

-2 car attached garage parking and ample parking in front of the house
-Security camera installed at front and rear entrance. $200 penalty if caught on camera for smoking or bringing a pet in the house. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT PROPERTY (not even in patio or garage or porch)
-No Weapons allowed.
-Locals not allowed.

I visit the Memphis area often to spend time with my grandson. The Mud Island area is very nice and I enjoy being near the river in a safe area. My grandson also lives within walking distance. Abby, the owner communicated with me from the very beginning and was easy to contact to get my questions answered. The house is quite spacious and provides lots of room for a family. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating for dinner. There were lots of dishes and supplies to make eating as a a family easy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The overall rating is a 4 and not a 5 because the home could use some updating - - new paint, new toilets, light fixtures, sofa, and an overall deep cleaning. There is also an issue with the upstairs and downstairs heating. The owner provided instructions on this matter, but it was a pain to have to remember the specifics to get the heating right on both levels. Lastly, opening a few windows from time to time would also be helpful. I am probably more picky than most visitors, but take great care in reading reviews to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible. If the owner could work on the above items, I would have no issues with using this home on future visits.

Communication with the host was remarkable, the home is located in a safe neighborhood, and the cleanliness of the property was great. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great! Check-in was very easy. The kitchen had plenty of room to host a bridal breakfast in the morning of getting ready for a wedding. The house was very spacious. Whenever I had a question for the host, they were prompt in answering. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Getting around Harbourtown to get to the house was a little bit interesting though.

Great Location. Easy to get to tourist destinations. They need to talk to their cleaning crew to get the corners and have an eye for details. Also, it would be nice to have some courtesy pods for the washing machine. Many Vrbo do this.

So spacious!

Property was spacious,clean, and well appointed! We did not do any cooking. Neighborhood was safe and beautiful! We were traveling on touring bikes, so garage access was wonderful! Highly recommend!!!!

Great location for medical district

This property was in a quiet neighborhood. We were here on a medical visit and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a long day at the hospital. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay in Memphis

Our stay at Abby’s house was great! Very safe and easy to find! Took a beautiful 3 mile walk in the neighborhood and along the Mississippi River just across the street from the neighborhood! Loved the market down the street for late night snacks! The house was cozy and had everything we needed! We would stay here again! Thanks Abby!
