Enjoy a BBQ on the deck in the evening, watching the stars come out or cozy up by the fire pit in the twilight. Home is not in a private community. Owner lives on site but guest privacy is priority. Advantage of owner living on site; questions and situations arising are handled quickly.


The kitchen, which is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, place setting for 12, glassware, oven/stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer with ice machine, general spice rack.
The owner has two small dogs that have full access to the enclosed rear yard. The guest have full access to the front yard.

There is PRIVATE PARKING on the premises for 3 vehicles. There is a padlock on front door.
