Get Away to the Cozies. Enjoy the fireplace or an outdoor Firepit evening with those you love. 3 bedrooms, a nice size office space that also transforms imto a bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. Arrange a holiday getaway with family and friends and have the amenities you need. From the spacious master suite to the large open concept kitchen your family and yourself will feel cozy and at home…there is Private parking as well, and if you plan on taking a drive to the Finger Lakes or heading on over to Niagara Falls its just a hop skip and a jump by car! The night life and restaurants in Downtown Rochester have a lot to offer and won't disappoint and all are within a short driving distance. The deck is very spacious and comfortable for gathering. Enjoy the indoor fireplace or the outdoor firepit. We are only 5 minutes away from RIT College and 10 minutes from UR Medicine college. The Cozy place is the perfect choice for family and friends.

Easter RIT visit

Wonderful stay with family to visit our student at RIT for Easter weekend. Very nice and safe family friendly neighborhood. Home was cozy but yet spacious for 10 people. Lovely yard and firepit! great deck! Large beautiful kitchen island with great open concept! Sonia was a great host. Very responsive! Home was just as pictured! Less than 10 minutes from RIT campus and only 15 minutes or so from U of R and downtown Rochester. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with family while visiting RIT. Close to school, plenty of room to spread out and stocked kitchen.

Lovely home

This home was very clean and comfortable. It was larger than expected and our family of 10 all had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Paper products, soaps etc. were supplied. Check in and out was easy. Overall great stay.

Relaxing

A little place to sleep and recharge with family, we mostly slept and ate breakfast here. The host was very responsive to helping with our questions and needs. The deck and yard would have been well utilized had we not had other family in town with a place all their own. If you are looking for a place to gather on a little adventure of a vacation, you couldn’t go wrong sweeping this up.

A nice place for a family near RIT

This was a nice clean place with all the basic necessities. Linens were provided and there were plenty of towels. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The place was a little slim on kitchen utensils and cooking tools for cooking a meal and could use a few more dish towels. May choose to stay here again in the future.

The name "The Cozy Place" is perfectly true!

This was a perfect place for our family to enjoy, rest and get ready during a very busy RIT graduation weekend. We were able to have family come for a meal. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed. Communication with the Sonia (the Host) was stellar! So kind and very responsive. While we are now done with RIT, should we need to return to the area, I would definitely be looking to see if The Cozy Place is available.

Great stay. Would use again.

We had a really great stay and we would definitely use this house again if we're back in the area with the whole family. It's in a very residential neighborhood and felt very safe. That was super clean in every room. They have a huge TV and most of the rooms and lots of streaming options. The shower in the master has two shower heads. There was a combination regular coffee machine and Keurig. Hair dryers we're high quality. We like the combination lock on the front door as well, as that was convenient for our group. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues.
