The home was updated and very clean. The kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom are very spacious. We didn’t use the other 2 bedrooms but they looked nice. Great yard for our dogs. A very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect place for Boise visit

Great Visit

This house was perfect for our stay in the Boise area. Braden, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed. Clean, beautiful and comfortable home with a nice patio and fenced yard. We will definitely book this home again in the near future.

Nice home, great game room/garage

We were in town to visit family. This house was nicely laid out. Master was very large, new flooring/ carpet, nice furnishings but the best part was the game room/garage. Our grandkids came over to visit and the whole family enjoyed ping pong and basketball.

Fantastic Thanksgiving

We spent seven wonderful days at the Davenport residence where we felt very comfortable in a very clean spacious home. The home was way above what we expected with games for my grandchildren in the garage and board games inside. My grandkids did not want to leave and neither did my wife and I. Everything was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely come back again in the spring.

Good location

The house was fine. Certain areas didn’t seem all that clean and the one guest room mattress was hard as a rock but the location was great for getting around Meridian. Very little in the house though so for future guests bring your own Kleenex, cleaning supplies, dish soap and laundry pods. All those were missing from our house. The host was great at responding via text and brought over some supplies but seems like all those things should’ve already been there. Maybe some communication between the cleaning company and host could be improved.

Meridian Comfort

This property was perfect! The location worked well, the property was well-maintained, decorated, and stocked. Braden was very punctual in communicating check-in instructions. The property has a framed summary of the rental contract, getting right to the point on the house rules and expectations of the check-out process. Being right at the entry was a plus, as I usually need to go hunting for the house book which is normally tucked in a desk drawer at most other properties. The property is very spacious and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again!

~Professionally cleaned/sanitized between each guest. We strive to have the place looking like new every time to make you feel at home! We make sure that our cleaners sanitize all surfaces, wash all linens/towels, and let us know if anything else needs done
~Big private backyard with BBQ, outdoor seating, and plenty of room for pets!
~Master bedroom has a large King bed and walk-in closet
~Fast WIFI that is perfect for working remotely and streaming multiple devices at once
~Easy self check-in with a Smart Lock
~Double car garage and plenty of parking space
~Easy access to all of Meridian and a quick drive anywhere in the valley
~We offer extended stay discounts, so come and stay for a while!!

Our home will comfortably sleep 6 people with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds, and a large sofa in the living room to squeeze an 7th person on.
~House occupancy allows 7 people
~All beds get fresh sheets after each and every guest

We also provide complimentary coffee and WIFI for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you might need to enjoy your favorite meals!
A code for the front door will be sent ahead of time to whoever reserved the booking. There is no garage door opener but feel free to use the mounted one on the inside.
