Named the “Best Beach Cottage on the Mesa in Santa Barbara” by Condé Nast Traveler, the Mesa Beach House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat designed for the ultimate getaway. Nestled in Santa Barbara’s favorite neighborhood, The Mesa, this stylish cottage is just a 5-minute walk to the Mesa beach entrance and a 10-minute drive to downtown.



Inside, the home blends high-end finishes with coastal charm. The living room features generous seating and a large smart TV with cable, flowing seamlessly into the beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining area for eight. Luxe hardwood floors, curated furnishings, and tasteful design elevate the entire space.



Three spacious bedrooms ensure comfort for every guest. The elegant primary suite includes a king bed, en suite bathroom, luxe linens, room-darkening shades, and its own smart TV with cable. The second bedroom also features a plush king bed with premium bedding, while the third has two XL twins that can be combined into a king, providing flexibility for families. A second full bathroom with modern finishes completes the layout.



The private yard is an oasis with glimpses of the ocean, lounge seating, and a cozy firepit. An outdoor dining table for eight, BBQ grill, and refreshing outdoor shower set the stage for alfresco living. Our stay at the Mesa Beach House was a perfect end to our week long biking trip in the Santa Barbara area. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and sunny, the perfect place to relax. It was convenient to a wonderful grocery store and some great restaurants. Everything about our experience was exceptional and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Family Stay for a Wedding

Our family spent a week and we could not have been happier. The house, its amenities, the neighborhood, the nearby children's playground, and the property manager were all terrific. A surprise treat was the Halloween parade we were able to join with our 2-year old grandson.

Beautiful Home In The Perfect Location

If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness and beauty both inside and out, this is the home for you. Very close to all of Santa Barbara's fun shopping, wine tasting and dining spots. Don't pass this one up. Grab it before someone else does!

Magnificent Mesa House!

I can’t say enough about this amazing property! Everything was seamless, the reservation, check in and overall communication. The house is stylish and immaculate. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms well appointed and spacious. I could go on and on!

Perfect accommodations!

Our family group of 6 ( 3 couples) stayed at your lovely home for 4 nights. We were in SB to celebrate our nephews wedding. My sister and husband also live on the Mesa, so the location was perfect for us. We loved taking walks on the beach (4 min walk to steps) and the nearby Douglas Preserve,… easy access to grocery shopping, quick UBER ago downtown, … the house itself is clean and completely redone… set up for cooking meals, easy parking, great outdoor shower, and super backyard for dining or just sitting around the fire pit at night. Highest rating for the whole experience!
