This modern and professionally furnished house has been fully equipped to make your travel more enjoyable and to help guests travel lightly. The property located is right in the center of Baton Rouge and three large Hospitals. Lots of restaurants, groceries and coffee shops with in a 5-10 min drive.
Available to guests:
-Extensive choice of kitchen utensils, wine glasses, baking equipment, cooking spices and oils, etc
-Iron, detergent, hampers, towels, luggage racks, and smart TVs in every room.
-Kids kitchenware, variety of drinking-ware and convertible high chair.

Nice location, easy access, the home was clean, but there were stains on the carpet, dirty walls, etc. It could use a nice cleanup.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you found the home clean. The carpets were professionally steam-cleaned just last week; while some stubborn cosmetic stains remain, they are fully sanitized. Regarding the walls, we touch up luggage scuffs on a regular maintenance schedule, as doing so after every single guest would be unsustainably costly. We appreciate your stay!

Great house in a perfect location with easy access to local hospitals and Perkins Rowe food/entertainment. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The host Eduardo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

We relocated to Baton Rouge and stayed here 2 months. The place was perfect for me, my wife and 2 young kids. Every one felt comfortable night one and everything was perfect the entire time. Eduardo was a great host
