Lovely Stay

Very nice apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and right on the beach. The building is in need of some repairs, but the apartment itself was very nice. Right next to the Marriott courtyard so you can walk up to bar or eat. The Marriott also had a Casino. I will definitely book again.

Great stay in a great location

Our hosts were always available and very accommodating. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The location was perfect and close to everything and right on the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico! Having access to the beach right outside our VRBO was perfect for us and was conveniently located near the airport (6 minutes) and Old San Juan (18 min). The house had everything we needed and comfortably slept our family of 4.

Best location , view and accommodations

This was an amazing trip, thanks to Magda and Roberto everything was perfect! The view is incredible, the beach amazing. The apartment is very well equipped and the location is perfect! Thank you Magda for your assistance in everything! It was our pleasure!

Vacation

We had a really good time. Close to all the restaurants and stores in Isla Verde. Walking distance like 15 minutes. Front beach! A lot of security which feels safe. Owners were very attentive and available as much as you need them. They are very flexible and the apartment is in excellent condition.

Lovely Condo in Perfect Location

The condo is well maintained and looks very nice. That location was amazing. It's right on an amazing beach and is within walking distance of restaurants, a super market, and a major bus stop. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anybody else.

Best location and clean!

Magda and the property owner are extremely attentive. The apt is beautiful, clean and has an amazing view! This was my second stay in less than 1 year. I am about to book my third stay!

Beyond Fantastic

The apartment is absolutely awesome! Extremely clean, well equipped, and the location is perfect. Roberto and Magda are supper attentive and always making sure everything was perfect. In addition is a gated building with private parking.

Quick getaway

The condo is very nice and extremely cozy. It had all the essentials we needed for our stay. Great communication from the owner. Perfect views of the ocean right out the window. Easy access to the beach from the back gate. Not a slight, but I would only recommend providing some beach equipment, as other condos we stayed in did. Overall nice and clean building. Would stay again.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay here. The window faces the beach, and you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves at night. The building has direct access to the beach, so that should give an idea of how close the beach and ocean are to the building. Our hosts were kind and polite. The building residents are quiet at night, so it is peaceful. This is a gated property so that is a relief and the guards at the gates are very friendly. My advice is if one does not speak Spanish please do not come to island with an entitled personality. Use a phone app with a translator. This is a majority Spanish speaking island with people who speak mainly Spanish and no English. Respect the culture because you are a guest there. I would stay at this property again. We enjoyed our visit!

Terrific vacation

We had such a fabulous time in the lovely apartment in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. It is located just a few Minutes from the airport in an area with plenty of restaurants. However, it is not the noisy chaotic atmosphere you find in San Juan. The apartment itself is lovely. Sparkling clean, decorated in neutral colors but with glorious paintings of the island on the walls. Any and all questions were addressed immediately by Roberto and Magda. The pool is out of service, but with the spectacular ocean on our doorstep, no one cared. We highly recommend this lovely apartment without any hesitation.

Hidden Gem

Since I stayed during President’s Week, which is popular in the U.S., I was looking for an affordable beachfront property in Isla Verde. After a number of searches, I found Roberto’s place. I struck gold. Incredible customer service. Immaculate apartment that is just how the pictures portray. Parking is a non-issue. AC is a perfect. Neighbors asked us if we needed any help! Super responsive with any questions we had. I liked fhat it is a few blocks from the main drag so it is not congested. But the courtyard marriott is across the street if u want bar or casino time with no stress. Highly reccommend.

Excellent in every way

We are so happy we stayed at this condo. The property manager waited up for us to make sure we arrived ok and were settled in. The property owner (Roberto) went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. When we arrived at Puerto Rico, our phones didn’t work. Roberto picked me up and helped me get a temporary phone for our stay so we could travel and communicate. He also drove me around to some great places to eat while we were there. Roberto basically saved our trip and we couldn’t be more great full. I consider him a friend. The condo was perfect for my family and is right on the beach with your own private access to the beach. It was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Thanks again Roberto.

This condominium

I was not too happy, to see that this property listed a pool and a spa whirlpool, that is incorrect, is been out of service seen the storm Maria, I also was very upset that the elevator most of the time didn’t work and had a bad smell, not acceptable also when it rain, the hallway was full of water. The condominium that I stood in the main bedroom the AC didn’t work!!! The other room with the 2 beds the ceiling was chipped and had water stain, the shower was very tight.

Ripped off

I told the host by text, verbally on the phone, and submitted my change of stay through the online concierge 2 times to cancel 1 night. I was told by text and email that was not a problem. However, of course when I asked for a refund for that night they refused. So of course I will give people that lie and steal from me a horrible review.
