Please note that our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee. In the case of a free cancellation through VRBO, we will refund only the amount paid to us after non-refundable fees are deducted. This means you will NOT get all of your payment refunded, just most of it.
- No bikes or ski/snowboards in the unit. Please store in the storage locker.
- No parties.
- No noise allowed after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- No smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside or anywhere on the building premises (including balconies and common areas). Violations are Subject to Fines.
- No pets
- No shoes in the house

- Any violations of the above rules will be subject to a $500 fine billed against your damage deposit and can result in immediate eviction.

- According to building bylaw, the renter needs to be 21 or older. Children and teens are welcome.
