This stunning house has enough room for everyone in the family! 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combination. There is also a bunk room nook with twin over twin bunks and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The living room has comfy furniture. a sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV to relax after a day on the beach.


Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, seating, outdoor shower, picnic tables with umbrellas, and a hammock.

There is a gazebo in the front with a swing, extra seating, and lighting. Also, on the balcony there are hammock swings.

This property is a 3 minute walk to the beach, 8 minute drive to Pier Park and Inlet Beach, half a mile to Carousel Grocery and Thomas Donuts, and is on the quiet West end of the beach.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
