Just 3 miles (5 min dr) from USC, downtown, 5 points and Vista. 9 miles from Fort Jackson and 4 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, tucked away in a cul-de-sac. Nature all around with a nature park. Minutes from everything. Fort Jackson Base, USC, Williams-Brice Stadium, downtown, bars, restaurants, nightlife. You are here on business, or to celebrate a graduation at the academy, dropping off your children in college at the USC, watch the game at Williams-Brice Stadium or just pleasure, this home will give you everything you need.
Two bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. An additional room serves as an office space complete with a printer and office supplies to get work done. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made if needed. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig (k-cups & tea available), a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. Nearest grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Stay here in the short or the long term, you will feel that you never left home. Suburban charm right 3 miles from USC campus, 9 miles from the Fort Jackson Base and 5 minutes from downtown Columbia, restaurants, bars, nightlife. Weather you are here on work, business, dropping or meeting up with your loved ones at the USC or the base, graduation or just a vacation, this is the most preferred location as with proximity, safety, and convenience.

Its the vibe. Love and positive energy everything. My home is unique and you will be in peace right form the point you step in. You will notice the super quiet surroundings. Peaceful, natural. Its perfect! Our property has been tastefully crafted and setup as a home away from home. You will find everything you need in a home to spend quality time with family or loved ones be it making dinner, time together in the living room, watch a Netflix show or catch up on work at the mini office. All nestled under one roof. Enjoy the backyard and the greenery that surrounds the home. Take a walk on the nature park right outside the home and enjoy the tranquility and the occasional sound of the train chugging away at a distance. Its an experience you would want to come back to.
