Minutes from everything. Fort Jackson Base, USC, downtown, Williams-Brice Stadium, bars, restaurants, nightlife. This Home is IDEAL for College Students / rentals, Travelling Nurses, Corporate Executives, Travelling Contractors anyone looking for a 30+ day stay.

Three bedrooms with queen and twin beds. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. Nearest grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will feel that you never left home. This is the warm, cozy home that you always want to come back to!

This was the perfect spot for our long weekend. It had everything we needed & was a very quick drive to campus. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and accommodated us when we needed it. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great stay in Columbia

My husband, teenager, and I spent a great weekend with our dog, Sally at this property. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed. There was also a dog bed and dog toys! We enjoyed some of the local restaurants in the area as well. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped.

Suburban charm right 3 miles from USC campus, 9 miles from the Fort Jackson Base and 5 minutes from downtown Columbia, restaurants, bars, nightlife. Weather you are here on work, business, dropping or meeting up with your loved ones at the USC or the base, graduation or just a vacation, this is the most preferred location as with proximity, safety, and convenience.

Its the vibe. Love and positive energy everything. My home is unique and you will be in peace right form the point you step in. You will notice the super quiet surroundings. Peaceful, natural. Its perfect! Our property has been tastefully crafted and setup as a home away from home. You will find everything you need in a home to spend quality time with family or loved ones be it making dinner, time together in the living room, watch a Netflix show or catch up on work at the mini office. All nestled under one roof. Enjoy the backyard and the greenery that surrounds the home. Take a walk on the nature park right outside the home and enjoy the tranquility and the occasional sound of the train chugging away at a distance. Its an experience you would want to come back to.
