Our host, Mike was incredibly professional, with great communication. We were offered an early check in, the place was spotless clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. I have stayed at many VRBO's and this one was the most well run I have ever been to. I would love to stay again soon.

Great location! Clean rental and a set up for a perfect beach getaway. Beach towels, wagon, chairs and umbrella were all included. It was a nice spot to take my teenage daughter. The street in front of the villa does have heavy traffic. We could walk to the beach and had shopping and restaurants close by. I would get a golf cart if you want to go to the north part of the island.

This condo was AMAZING! It was very clean, well laid out, roomy and well stocked with dishes and essentials. The location was great with an amazing view of the beach. You are literally right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florida.

Great location, right across from the beach, easy access to trolley stops, restaurants, the pier, and shopping. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. While there, I left my kindle on the trolley and was actually able to reach the trolley operator line and they arranged to get my kindle back to me via a convenient trolley stop across the street. I was truly wowed by how easy it was to reach a live person and get this resolved!

This was our second stay at this condo, and we will definitely return again! It has been completely restored since the hurricane and is even better than before, if that is even possible. It is the perfect size place for my husband and I. We love how close it is to the beach, and that the owner has literally thought of everything we would need to feel comfortable. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and cooler definitely add a huge value to the stay. The shower and foot sprayer on the side of the building is great so sand doesn't get tracked into the unit. The shower has a brand new "rainfall" type showerhead that I literally didn't want to leave behind! The bed and pillows are amazing, and there were even extra blankets, which I loved. Check in was a breeze and keys were available extra early. The courtyard was beautiful for relaxing and reading a book, but would also be great if you stayed with a larger party and wanted to hang out and grill. I honestly can't recommend this condo enough. We love that we can get a quick and easy ride from the airport and just show up and relax. While some places on AMI are still rebuilding, we were pleased at how "normal" the island already looks, considering how much damage they sustained last year. We love, love, love this condo and can't wait to come back...again! If you're thinking about booking it, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Great location!

We had an awesome time at Mike’s place! We arrived early after driving from Michigan and he let us check in early. The condo was clean and new, and the AC worked awesome. Having the hose and shower to rinse off was a great plus.

Loved it!

I loved this place! I came solo and stayed in villa D. It’s the perfect space for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the bed is super comfy. The beach is right across the street and there are many restaurants that you can walk to nearby. The owner, Mike, is very responsive if you need anything. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice Place and great Host

Completely new inside after the hurricane last year (2024). Owner is working on the outside but it doesn't hurt anything. Owner/host was great. Worked with us to get checked in 2-3 hours early. Allowed us to leave our luggage until we could get in. We went to the Wicked Cantina and then the beach while we waited. The beach is right across the road. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, gas station, shops, etc. Unless you have to have be fanciest and best of everything you won't be disappointed. I would return.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful and spacious one bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and just steps from the beach. We loved waking up to the ocean views and being able to walk across the street to be at the beach.

Great spot if you want to be close to the beach !

This was our third time staying with Salty living and everything was great , the only thing was the floor hadn’t been mopped or swept and you could feel dirt if you walked barefoot, the grill was hard to light and if you don’t have a match it’s near impossible ! Not a big deal to us though . Mike will always make things right for you . After three times I guess this is officially our spot ( ha ha ! )

An excellent beach house

We've stayed at many places on Anna Maria and this ranks among the best! Clean, great location, and a two-minute walk to the beach. All in all, we can't wait to come back!

Best beach getaway

Just finished up a short stay at this condo and can't say enough great things about it! My husband and I came for our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it won't be our last. This condo is right in the heart of Bradenton and a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and much more. It is exactly as pictured. So many great things were included, like the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, etc. It made life so easy for us since we flew down. Don't hesitate... Book this unit and you'll be in love!

Perfect Stay

Property was as advertised. Perfect location with 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to resteraunts, shops and free trolley. Communication with Mike was great , check in a breeze. The unit was cozy and clean, everything you need is here. It was a perfect stay. Got to meet Mike in person and ge was very polite and sincere checking on us. Cant go wrong with this place.

Amazing stay

The property is perfect! Came for 5 days with my mother and have absolutely no complaints. Location is close to everything, villa was clean and had everything you could think of. The free trolly is such a great service, definitely no rental car needed at this location. Mike was excellent to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you for helping me make lifetime memories with my mom❤️

Great little apartment, excellent location, host (Captain Mike) is super responsive and accommodating. Loved the beach chairs and towels and patio out back. Will book again if we come back to AMI!

Great spot for a solo trip!

This cozy little apartment was spotless and one of the most well stocked with “essentials” that I’ve stayed in. In fact, after I made my store run, I found much of what I bought (extra paper towels, plastic bags, etc) already in the drawers. Mike is incredibly fast at responding if you have a question- location is good with all you need within walking distance and trolley stops close by if you want to venture out further. Walked across the street for the sunset each night - couldn’t beat the convenience. Might be time for some new pillows is my only feedback 😉

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Island Rentals & Property Services, LLC. (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your apartment. Additional day time public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended).
Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know prior to your arrival what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
