You & the family will be close to everything Lake Junaluska related & minutes to downtown Waynesville when you stay at this centrally-located renovated 2br/2ba home. Enjoy the king size bed w/adjoining bath & keep guests/kids comfortable in the next bedroom w/2 twins & full w/adjoining bath. Just a few min walk to tennis courts, playground, walking trail, kayak & paddle board rentals & the new Crepe and Custard restaurant. Rent for a season to really enjoy all our sweet little town offers.
The space
My favorite part of this space is the porch and the outdoor dining. I love being able to sit out on the rockers and enjoy the sweet sounds and kind neighbors walking. The couch is also very comfortable.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and porch. There is a fire pit in the backyard that is shared among the units.
Other things to note
With this unit being a 21 night minimum stay, things to keep in mind:
+Trash day is on Wednesdays.
+We do not have access to the mailbox. Please plan accordingly. I know Amazon has drop boxes close by.
+If requested, we can have the space cleaned as requested for $75 per clean.
