The apartment was very clean, neighbor very friendly. The kitchen was well furnished. Within easy walking distance to Stuart auditorium. We enjoyed our stay.

Good condo

A few steps to get in to condo and then a few steps on the grass. There were pavers in the grass. Overall,not bad to get in. Great location, walking to the lake was very doable. Parking was good.

Comfortable Condo

We loved being surrounded by nature at this condo for our week's stay. Beautiful trees, plants, and landscaping. Lots of birds and even wild bunnies. The very quiet neighborhood made it easy to sleep at night. The furniture was a little outdated but very comfortable. The HVAC was excellent, quiet, and efficient. It was nice having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. A dedicated parking space was close to the condo and convenient. This condo is walking distance to Lake Junaluska businesses and activities.

Our Christmas 2024 here!

We’re disappointed in cleanliness. I made comments to Vacasa. Mold on shower curtain, pull out bed, disgusting dirty, blood/brown spots on a messy mattress cover,couldn’t find sheets that looked clean and fresh. They delivered the next day a bag of sheets they are all not fresh clean looking. . The queen bed had two small pillows,sheets and a bedspread.Didn’t see extra blankets. It was cold in living room for sleeping. Said a fireplace, but when you get there, it doesn’t work. In the kitchen a dirty fork in drawer. Floors were not all that clean. They should make sure to clean window cells and front door area. Porch needs cleaning too. I thought the picture of house showes more of an open kitchen. We like to cook, together. Kinda of small.. it would have been great if we did have all these issues.

Lovely Condo!

Our time here was ok. This location was great in relation to the lake and town. The porch was our favorite part, nice and cozy for those summer evenings. We however had a few issues with our stay. I wish this place had a a little more TLC and hope the owners listen to their suggestions! We had issues with cleanliness- shower curtain mold for one. The king bed comforter appears to be older and yellowing. Beds also weren’t the most comfortable. Small updates I’m sure would be much appreciated by the future guests here. There is wifi, that works well, but cable as advertised, is limited to about 10 channels. We luckily had an HMDI cord and laptop and were able to watch Netflix that way. I feel with a few updates and love this place would be a great little spot!

Great property

Nice condo. Good size. Good location. The only improvement I would make is regarding the TV. They have only 1 TV, and it has the most basic cable package with only about 10 channels. Most of them are news (CSPAN) or religious channels. This wouldn't be a big deal if the TV was a smart TV and you could watch your own Netflix, Hulu, Apple, etc. subscription, but it's not. I would recommend upgrading the TV to a smart one.

Quite, Lovely Condo

I traveled in May for Mother’s Day with my parent’s. We both had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. 5mins walk to Lake Junulaska. Beautiful property grounds. We had rabbits jumping around in the evening. Birds chirping in the morning. Very beautiful. My only complaint was the TV. Not a Smart TV, Small, the basic cable has only 17 channels, no movies. Can’t sign in to your own apps. Get’s boring in the evening. I like to watch a good movie or show.
