There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 206 offers a courtyard balcony that is shared with two other units but delineated with a fence.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacorita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Perfection

My husband and I enjoyed our 2nd stay at this high end unit in Auburn. It is in a perfect location for visiting campus. We were at Camo War Eagle with our son and it was a nice, quiet, close place to unwind after a busy day. The unit is decorated beautifully and the beds are super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here on all of our college visits over the next four years.

Parent Visit

Unbelievable location, we able to walk to all desired restaurants. We rarely drove anywhere. Condo was clean and outstanding. Amanda was very accommodating and quick to respond. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Auburn. We will stay here again.

Great Condo, Great Location!

The condo is beautiful, clean, and centrally located to everything downtown. We stayed for graduation and enjoyed having the outdoor patio space to celebrate our graduate. Convenience of Target downstairs to grab last minute items. Only issue is the music from Skybar but the sound machines provided helped and the condo and proximity to everything outweighed the minor inconvenience. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay in the perfect location

Hard to beat this location. Right in the middle of everything in Auburn. Beautiful apartment, with all amenities. Dedicated parking spot made it easy to park once, then walked everywhere.

Perfect stay

Great location, clean and easy parking. Everything was wonderful. The only thing to note is that there is a bar nearby that plays loud music late at night but a noise machine is provided. I would happily stay here again.
