Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was advertised as having a heated pool and aircondition. We let the host know. She immediately deleted the ad immediately and did not get back to us on this issue.

Property was very nice and accommodating. Communication from the rental property was very lacking which is the only reason I am rating it 4 stars. The property was great just the lack of communication. This was also not the original listing I booked it was swapped to a different one.

Wonderful small condo complex. Everyone very friendly. Easy to work with owner and management. No hidden surprises. One bedroom - perfect for a couple but maybe a bit small for more. We will definitely go back!

Great location and place

This property was great. The location was wonderful! It was very clean. We loved being right on the ocean and being adjacent to a beach. My only complaint would be it was noisy. It's an older complex so thing are not made like newer places. We could hear our neighbors and even the screaming kid in the other complex. So keep that in mind. We would stay here again.

We loved unit 213 this year for our family. The loft was great to give the kids some extra space and the views are million dollar views! Can't wait to come back!

Overall great location and the complex with the pool and beach access was phenomenal! Bedroom/bedding was nice. The upstairs obviously wasnt cleaned prior to our arrival. Their was a crumpled sanitary strip from a bathing suit on the floor upstairs and it obviously hadnt been vacuumed. The front door was broken with a missing glass slat so anyone could see in. The garbage disposal was broken on our arrival (although they did offer to fix mid stay, and we declined). They left us with a broken beach chair, 4 trashbags for a week and two rolls of toilet paper. All that is to say, we really enjoyed our stay, but they really embodied the idea of bare minimum/nickel and dime feel that is all too common with VRBOs these days.

The view from the lanai was amazing and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. You are just a few feet from the pool and the beach is just beyond that. It truly was a wonderful experience and a place we will definitely stay at again.

The pool is great, little beach area is perfect and the sea turtles are awesome! My family of four had a great time and had all we needed. It is a quiet property which is nice, the pool and beach were never crowded. The kitchen was great and the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

It was stunningly beautiful, super quiet, the other guests were very friendly and the beach/pool area are clean and private. Our condo was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and updated everything. We cannot wait to stay here again. Walking distance to many great restaurants, groceries and an awesome little park next door. We barely drove anywhere.
