Minimum booking of 3 months required. Great location - beautiful Gulf beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. Just a short bike ride (or walk) over the bridge to the beach.
Beautiful 2/2 ground floor villa within Shipwatch Yacht & Tennis Club overlooking a pond area with a private deck of approximately 32' x 10'. Shipwatch Yacht & Tennis Club is a waterfront complex with walking trails, 2 pools (1 heated), exercise room, hot tubs, and many tennis and pickleball courts with pro shop & viewing stands.
Furnished bright unit with enclosed Florida room. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, and a walking closet w/slider to Florida room. Double sinks in master bath. Florida room has a desk/chair for office space and a full sofa bed. Guest room includes a queen size bed and two twin beds (trundle) with a closet. Washer/Dryer in unit. 1-car detached garage.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE for $89 (VRBO insurance) will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
NON-SMOKING!!!! A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property. A $50.00 nonrefundable HOA application fee is required.
Departure Cleaning fee $250.
