If could, I would give this host and home a zero star rating.I stayed from January 9th to January 11th for my uncle’s birthday. I arrived at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, January 9th. Upon checking in, I noticed several issues: the sheets on the beds were STAINED, the REMOTES were MISSING, there were MARKS on the WALL’S, water damage in the doors, and a large hole in the outlet on the kitchen island.I reached out to the host and reported these problems and sent pictures. My main concern was that night was the dirty sheets. She apologized for the stained and dirty sheets, claiming she usually gets a picture of the cleaning. However, she later tried to claim that the cleaners had just sent her a picture of the sheets, which was a lie. When I asked her how the stain could have appeared if the sheets were clean before we arrived, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She responded that she could send the cleaners in the morning to change them or I could wash them myself. This response was completely unreasonable, especially considering the amount I paid for two days of stay. It should have been taken care of before my arrival, especially given the circumstances. I reached out to her the next morning to inform her that the cleaners had not arrived. It wasn’t until 2 p.m. on Saturday that they were changed and just one of the sheets on the bed. When they finally arrived, in the home they were angry, loud, and extremely rude about having to change the sheets.
