View was great, car was safe. Didn’t have to worry about it at all. Condo was very cozy and comfortable. We loved it and will definitely try to book it again!!

This spot was fantastic! The place was very clean and well stocked with bath products. It’s an easy walk to Pikes Market and the Space Needle. There is also a great bakery next door on 1st st and a wonderful Italian restaurant on 2nd St. Lots or bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location with a great view of Puget Sound. It was very convenient to Pikes Place Market in one direction and to the Space Needle in the other. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the property had lots of amenities, a fitness room, indoor pool, nice courtyard. We felt safe as there was security at both entrances. Rosanna was a perfect host, she communicated prior to our arrival, met us once we arrived and responded promptly to texts.I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nice little place in a great location! We could walk to all the tourist locations and even to the pier for our cruise. A little noisy at night, but that's because it is a happening neghborhood and I always sleep with earplugs anyway.

The condo is in a great location, includes parking, walkable to the waterfront, Pike's Place Market, downtown shopping, the Space Needle and surrounded by restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a delightful stay.

Very attractive and comfortable apartment, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, lower price than other VRBO listings in the area. has an indoor pool and spa - nest time we'll bring our gathing suits. highly recommend.

We loved this adorable waterview condo - centrally located to everything in Seattle! Communication with the owner was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean withbgreat water pressure and stocked with linens and necessities, and there was a nice kitchen for coffee before headed out to explore (we loaded up on baked goods from the bakery downstairs, too!).

The location of the condo is convenient for seeing the sights- Pikes Market, Space Needle, and Pioneer Square. Many good restaurants are an easy walk within 1 or 2 blocks. Friday night seems to be a hopping time for parties and street noise, but it is a city vibe. The pool and hot tub was a nice plus.

I loved the condo! Bakery right downstairs and a convenience store on the corner. My view was amazing and balcony comfortable. Highly recommend.

The best stay in Seattle!

We rented Rosana’s property as a family of three with a toddler traveling for three days. The location was unbeatable, close to all the major attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. We also loved the personal check-in experience, with Eric onboarding us so we weren’t second guessing anything from trash disposal to checking out. As people who drove, having a guaranteed parking spot in the middle of downtown thanks to the protected covered garage made visiting such a breeze. The rental property itself is gorgeous! Beautiful views, spacious, stocked with all the amenities including fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen , and tons of travel brochures. The beds are so comfortable and the en-suite washing machine and dryer was so convenient. We enjoyed the pool and gym too. Rosanna is a great communicator and quickly responds. Don’t miss out Macrina Bakery below and Makan Kedai for Indonesian food right up the street.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We were welcomed by Eric when we arrived and he thoroughly explained everything we needed to know, so we never had to contact anyone during our stay. The condo was well equipped with all the home necessities, including a washer and dryer in the unit. The location was perfect for walking to all the major attractions, such as the Space Needle, Pike's Market, and the Aquarium. We felt safe walking everywhere. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting downtown Seattle. We also walked to the convention center for the Rubik's Cube World Championships. Our twins are 12 years old and slept comfortably on the pullout sofa. I'd definitely stay here again with my family.

Would recommend , safe and very walkable location

Ideal location to walk to the ballpark , pikes peak , space needle, etc . Felt safe in the building and parking garage . Great view of the puget sound . Added bonus of the indoor pool in the building . Was not central air , but the cooling units seemed to work fairly fast . bed was comfortable . Would recommend , thank you !

Had a pleasant stay. They do need to fix the key problem with the front door. Had no air conditioning when we arrived but Rosana fixed it within a few hours.

Great Condo - Steps Away from Everything

We love staying at this condo; easy walk to everything downtown and sports arenas. Comforts of home while also enjoying the amenities of Seattle. Owner was responsive, polite and accommodating. You won’t find a better location with comfort. Hope to stay every time we are in Seattle.
