Villa is a single floor end unit which will accommodate up to 5 guests between the two bedrooms both bedrooms have a Marriott mattress, smart tvs with flat screen and ceiling fans king bed in the master and second bedroom offers a set of queens. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom The guest bath is accessible in the hallway off the bedroom

Pool area is gated for our guests. The beach access is across the street with a direct path to the beach. Making it a very short walk before your “toes” hit the sand ! Please note pets are only allowed if staying over 30 days and must be approved by our property manager. these rules are voted by the HOA board with strict rules
