The pool was a community pool but it was free so that was fine. It was a very cute duplex and the snacks and candy were a nice additional touch. Also there was a basket of essentials in the bathroom which was super kind of a guest forgot anything. The location was perfect for visiting Sea World, the Alamo and the River Walk.

Joseph were very responsive and took care of things right away. We were here for over a week and loved the location. It was closed to most places we wanted to visit and see. Will definitely book again.

You get what you pay for. You come to 2 doors and you’re not sure which is yours. I clean houses for a living. Maybe Texas clean is different than where I come from but the bathroom was a tough one. This could be a way better experience if it was professionally cleaned. I would have given a higher rating. Neighborhood seemed safe.

I first moved to the Southeast side of San Antonio in 2016. I started out working in Finance for about two years until I decided to buy a home. I wanted to be able to invest, so I bought a duplex. I was enchanted by the area, with the wildlife, and bike trails.

Awesome community. Near South Side Lions Park. Excellent scenery. Many amenities in walking distance to pond, bike trails, track and field, basketball courts, dog park. Everything looks alive. Unique plants animals. Various types of birds.
