The Big BRRRR Cabin is your perfect mountain escape! Located in the serene and highly sought-after Whispering Forest neighborhood of Big Bear City, this cabin combines privacy and tranquility with easy access to Big Bear's most popular attractions.

Our cozy cabin features:

3 Bedrooms and 1 Bath: Ideal for families, small groups, or couples seeking a comfortable retreat. The cabin sleeps 8 guests with a total of 4 Queen beds and 1 twin bed.

Guests can access all the living spaces of the cabin except for the storage room which is located on the ground level.

The Big BRRRR Cabin is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. In our area, the houses have larger lots which means there’s so much open spaces for you to relax and just enjoy the beauty of nature around you.

Our cabin is just minutes away to the best parts of Big Bear Lake - Snow Summit Resort, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Hiking Trails, Biking Trails, Convention Center, The Village, Boating Ramps and more.

It is highly recommended to have your own personal transportation to get around the city. You can also get around for free using Mountain Transit buses. The nearest stop is at Big Bear Snow Play about a mile away from the cabin. Realtime bus tracking can be seen on Mountaintransit dot org.

WE PROVIDE: Bath towels, paper towels, bathroom tissue, shampoo, and conditioner.

KITCHEN: Our cabin has all new stainless-steel appliances which includes a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Our kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking and baking essentials that you may need. We have pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups and mugs, and basic kitchen and dining utensils, as well as a rice cooker, blender, toaster, kettle, crockpot, a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig Mini coffee maker.

PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway per our cabin capacity/County code. No parking on the streets at all times.

NO PETS: This cabin is a pet-free home. Strictly NO PETS allowed.

DECK: The Big BRRRR Cabin features 3 decks with views of distant mountain slopes. The main door is located on the second level by the main deck.

SMOKING: This home is a non-smoking property. Strictly no smoking inside or outside the cabin due to high fire risk. An additional $300 fee will be charged if the “No Smoking” house rule is violated by any guest.

NOISE: No loud music on the deck. No large gatherings, events, or parties allowed. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 7:00am. In any neighborhood, a complaint can be filed due to excessive noise disturbance and could result in large fines especially in a short-term rental property. If we are fined during your stay due to noise disturbance, this amount will be your responsibility.

LAUNDRY: We have a laundry station inside the cabin stocked with laundry pods and dryer sheets. There's even a steam iron and a little ironing board, all available for you to use.

STORAGE: Our storage room is located on the ground floor and is restricted to guests.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two (2) exterior security cameras in the property observing the main deck and driveway. They can be easily seen once on property. They always record video and audio when motion is detected in the area visible to the camera. We have an ADT alarm system with motion detection. Motion sensor is located on top of the front door. This alarm system and motion sensor are only operational when the property has no booking/vacant. There are no interior security cameras inside the property.

FIREPLACE: Please do not tamper or force open the metal guard gate of the fireplace. The gate is bolted for your safety. To use the fireplace, press the wall mounted timer on the wall next to the fireplace. Do not throw or burn anything inside the fireplace. A $1,000 fine will be charged to anyone who tampers and burns any piece of material inside as this can damage the installed electrical and gas connections inside the fireplace unit.

WILDLIFE: Be alert for squirrels, chipmunks, cayotes, and bears. Please do not leave food or drinks on the deck area.

SUMMER: Please note that we have central A/C in the cabin but when it gets too hot especially in the summertime, the upstairs bedrooms can get a little warm. We added a split A/C in the room with a balcony and a portable A/C in the 2nd bedroom upstairs to make your stay comfortable. Kindly just make sure to turn them off when the cabin is vacant.

WINTER: Please be ready to bring tire chains if you plan to visit during the wintertime especially when heavy snow is anticipated. Tire chains are required during mid to heavy snowy conditions. If your trip falls on a snowy day, please be prepared to have one otherwise Caltrans/City personnel might ask you to turn back. Stay up to date on weather conditions as it can impact your drive to and from Big Bear. Please check Caltrans’ Quick Map for more information.

This is a popular Snow tubing place during the wintertime. On warmer seasons, this place becomes a go-kart speedway and an obstacle rope course site.

*Alpine Pedal Path 2.6 miles
This trail is a 5.1 mile paved pathway perfect for joggers, hikers and bikers.

Big Bear Alpine Zoo 3.7 miles
Please support the local zoo. This zoo has been a safe haven for wild animals since 1959.

Big Bear Lake 4.3 miles
Go fish, hike, enjoy a picnic, or even drive a boat. There's so much to do at the lake.

The Village 4.7 miles
If you love to shop and dine, then you'll be thrilled to stroll and explore The Village.

Alpine Slide at Magic Mtn. 5.1 miles

Go ski and ride sky lift rides during wintertime. Once the snow melts, this place transforms to a zip line and a bike park.

Booking and Entry into the unit confirms your acceptance of our house rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Any damage to furniture, bedding, appliances, or other items beyond normal use will result in additional charges. Please take care of yourself and your personal belongings during your stay, as we will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost items.

2. Lock all door and windows every time you leave the property

3. Smoking, vaping and drugs are prohibited

4. Quiet hours are from 9PM – 7AM

5. Do not leave children unsupervised in the deck area

6. Strictly NO PETS allowed

7. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter the property

8. No loud noise, music, events or parties allowed
