About this space:

Escape to Traverse City's hidden gem - a cozy one-bedroom, two-bed (pullout) retreat nestled on the cusp of downtown. This newly built townhouse offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience. Situated just a short 3 minute drive to Old Mission Peninsula or a leisurely stroll to East Bay Beach. Immerse yourself in the sandy shores, indulge in water activities, or simply unwind. Discover a serene oasis at the tranquil end of 8th Street while still relishing the vibrant city life.

The space:
Super clean: newly built in 2022. Brand new kitchen with large sink, microwave, oven, induction cooktop and fridge. New toilet, vanity, light fixtures and living room furniture.

Short walk or bike to downtown Traverse City or East Bay Beach. Traverse City Civic Center is located behind the alley and Old Mission wine region is just a short drive away!

Guest access:
Access through the front door with the code provided.

Other things to note:
There is a zero tolerance drug policy on the property. Absolutely no smoking in the unit.

Very clean, easy location to get downtown. Very pleased with our stay. We were nervous because we have a 10 month old who is on the move but this space was great!

Great place to stay!

This is perfect if you’re looking to travel with your significant other to Traverse City! Super close to the city and has some great nearby options for food. Tends to get a little noisy at night because it is on a main road, but other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Owners are great and are quick to answer any questions you may have!

Excellent location/very clean

Jacob and Talyor made the full rental process easy and communication was excellent. The condo is well furnished/equipped, super clean, and well located closely to all Traverse City has to offer. I will definitely stay again!

The condo is brand new and so clean and accommodating. The condo was comfortable and inviting. We were a short 5 min drive from downtown. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Great condo

My wife and I stayed at this comfortable condo 5 nights while visiting Traverse city. It is near downtown and walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store. Very nice setup and new condition - highly recommended.

Great location

We stayed at this property with a couple of friends and had a great experience. The property is brand new and impeccably clean. The hosts were very attentive, checking in via text throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. While I would definitely return for a quick trip, I think it's best suited for a couple or a small family.

Weekday getaway

Very nice property. Still has that new construction smell. Nice and modern. It’s very close to downtown Front street. Easy lower level entrance. It is on a busy street. Can be noisy at times. Would definitely stay there again.

I work on ships (if you can't tell from the design of this stay!) and rent this townhouse out while I am gone. I first moved to Traverse City 8 years ago from Ohio and I have been here ever since. I love the area and love to share it with people who come visit.

I chose to live in this area because it is close to everything without being in the busiest part of town. There are great food options nearby, as well as a friendly atmosphere provided by the people who live near me.

This townhouse is just so close to everything Traverse City has to offer, while still being in a quiet part of town. Old Mission wine region is just a short 4 minute drive away, and with downtown being easy to access, you really get to make good use of your time here.
