This spacious, luxury beach retreat has a spectacular westward facing location, perched above Seacliff Drive only a short walk to Seacliff State Beach, Marianne's Ice Cream and Manuel's restaurant. The highlight is a 400+ Sqft deck which is ideal for sunsets while entertaining friends and family. The interior is recently updated with new furniture and a beach-themed kitchen with butcher block counters and modern engineered flooring. Upstairs in addition to the deck are two bedrooms and a full bath while downstairs is another bedroom and bath with a shower stall. The large backyard has a firepit and fruit trees, and ping pong table for your entertainment. When you aren't enjoying beautiful Aptos, this property provides an amazing place to relax or entertain.

The Seacliff area is a hidden gem in Santa Cruz county. A friendly beach neighborhood with access to Aptos Village, a variety of beaches, restaurants and cantinas, and neighboring towns like Santa Cruz and Capitola.
