It is professionally furnished with a private fenced backyard and is only a few minutes away from all the hot spots in the lively East Nashville neighborhood. Personally, I love East Nashville because of its authentic feel and more local and laid back vibe. It's a perfect setting away from all the bachelorette and tourist crowds, but still less than 10 minutes away from all the major downtown venues. All of the neighboring houses are recently finished new builds and the demographic is young working singles, couples and families. Many of the neighbors regularly go for walks and runs around the area and there are many nearby parks. I am confident that you will love the location of this house!
