Snow removal is included in the rental so all you need to do is show up and enjoy !

This one of a kind Tahoe Tahoe is located in a forested neighborhood of Al Tahoe. We have a fireplace, large flatscreen HDTV in living room, HDTV's in each bedroom, wireless internet, and a lovely landscaped fenced in backyard.

The home has been beautifully renovated and updated in every way. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and loads of closet storage. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, 5 drawer dresser, lots of closet space, and on suite bath with rain style shower. The Master bedroom has a California King sized bed, dresser, closet storage, desk and chair for work from home ease, and a second level deck looking out to Lake Tahoe. There is a fold down couch, also.

Off the living room is a lovely patio with wrought iron table and chairs and a gas grill with a natural gas connection so you aren't going to run out, ever.

Boat Rentals, Ski Rentals, Bicycle Rentals all walking distance from the house.

Amenities: Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops and the adjacent dining room has seating for six with room for 3 more at the peninsula separating the kitchen and dining room. Living room has a large screen HDTV with Sonos Sound Bar, fireplace, sofa, and two leather chairs.. There are assorted games for the family to enjoy. Iron and Ironing Board and hair dryers are also available should you need them. Two car garage with room for one car to be parked inside with room for two more in the drive.

Activities: There is something for everyone at Lake Tahoe. You can swim, boat, fish in the Lake. Go on bike rides or hike on the many trails. For golfers there are 3 courses located within a 10-20 minute drive and many more just over the hill in Carson City and Reno.

Visit the turn of the century mansions of Vahalla at Richardson Beach or Vikingsholm at Emerald Bay. Rent a boat and cruise around the lake, or take one of the paddle wheel boats, Tahoe Queen or M.S. Dixie for a tour of the Lake.

Take a short drive to Nevada and explore the Towns and Gold Mines.
