This was a horrible experience, misrepresented, dirty broke lights. Broken AC , horrible area with crime drugs and I will be requesting a full refund. I pulled out the following day after the owner refused to fix or even answer a phone call.

This review is totally out of touch with reality. When the guest arrived he only reported a blind that fell down, the safe that was locked and a light that didn't work, in less than 1 hour someone from maintenance from my team was already there to fix all the problems. I answered all his messages in less than 5 minutes, but the guest got angry because I didn't want to answer his calls (I was in a meeting) but I answered every single one of his messages that he was writing me for more than 2 hours. The area is El Parque del Poblado, the most touristic part of Medellín, this guest is just talking out of anger and telling lies.

Feel the culture of Medellin by staying in Astorga, one of Medellin's historic neighborhoods that has transformed into foodie central and one of the hotspots for nightlife in the city. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find: - Parque Poblado - Parque Lleras - Supermarket Carulla - Barcal - #5 restaurant on Tripadvisor - Cafe Zorba - #20 restaurant on Tripadvisor - La Matriaca (my favorite Colombian restaurant) - Monsieur Burger (best burger in Medellin) - Alambique (Colombian fusion restaurant, great vibe) - Osea (great seasonal dishes where the menu changes each month) - Honesto Cafe & Urbania Cafe (great cafes to do work and hang out) - Charlee Hotel (fantastic gym, best breakfast in Medellin) - Lots of other small restaurants offering affordable meals - Co-working spaces (Atomhouse coworking & Siembra coworking) - Major taxi stand - Busstop for the tour to Guatape - Spanish School Within 10 minutes walk: - Provenza (lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants) - Poblado metro station - Carmen (#9 on Tripadvisor) - El Cielo (#22 on Tripadvisor - High end 14-course menu with wine pairings) - Pergamino Cafe & Velvet Cafe (popular cafes among foreigners) Also, the location is a quick few minute taxi ride to the trendy shopping district of Santa Fe, Oviedo & El Tesoro malls.
