Place was so clean and close to the beach. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler which was awesome. Bus stop offering free service was nearby which was convenient when we didnt want to drive.Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

Super cute!

We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary being close to the road. Also, we felt it was kind of odd for the property to not supply basic items like laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. We had to buy toilet paper for our 3 night stay as there was about 1/4 of a roll when we arrived. There was a broom for sweeping, but I think a basic hard-floor vacuum would be smart to have for guests to use to help clean up. It’s also kind of odd that the property agreement says “the house should be left in ready-to-rent condition”. Everywhere else I have stayed before has instructions for where to leave towels, sheets, etc for the housekeeping to wash to ensure good hygiene for the next guests. We just washed the stuff we used ourselves & had to purchase detergent. It was kind of hard to get the house rent-ready in the morning when we had to be at the airport at 730am with kids. Overall, we really enjoyed the location & the look of the place. I would stay again if the lock situation was straightened out.

The place was just as described. Access to the beach was great and also a short walk into the center for food, shops and the like. Internet was out more than it was in, and we needed to buy some basics to use while there, but overall was a fun week!

Perfect Location, updated, and clean

This property is right across the street from the beach and beach access 11. It is also not far at all from all the restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and it was updated. Great value! I would stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. No beach supplies other than a wagon are supplied, so be sure to bring your own chairs etc. Parking is very very tight, big vehicles could be a problem, and wifi was intermittent. But overall we loved the availability of the trolley to take us around without having to move our car or pay to park. It was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely recommend and stay again!

I’m in LOVE with this place!

This is my second year renting this property, and have been happy both times. Easy rental GREAT experience with rental check in LOCATION. It’s old BUT updated and CLEAN. Affordable and just love easy and convenience of it. Wanna rent it every spring.

Great location but skimpy supplies.

We loved the location. However the sheets didn’t fit the beds. Not very many supplies available. Number of dishes were insufficient and most were chipped. Internet was did not consistently working. Manager didn’t ask if we had what we needed.

Great Place

Stayed here for a long weekend and the place was perfect. Awesome location across from the beach and a close walk into the village. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Definitely a great value across the street from the beach! Parking is one spot per and as long as all units are considerate this works well. My last night at 4am one of the other units renters was sprawled across the hood of my car. I came out and they ran into their unit. Nothing on the owner. Just hope they got a bad tenet review.

We would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect, right across the street to the beach and within a 10-15 min walk to the village with restaurants and shopping. The trolly stop is also right near the property if you don’t want to walk. The beach is gorgeous and clean. The condo was impeccable and clean. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior! We had some minor issue and the property management company was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. They supply you with beach chairs, a cooler and shade umbrellas. They thought of everything. The entire unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, poor comunication

Terrible experience with parking. Manager lied indicating there is people administering on place. No one showed up. Poor identification for parking locations. Other guests brought more then 1 car and took our parking spot. The stay was good and unit was cleaned.
