Cozy Austin getaway

The house was nice and we had a great time. We reserved it for a birthday trip and it was great. The proximity to Soco was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and will rent again when in Austin.

Son’s Wedding

The house was only 5 minutes from our son’s and convenient to many things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent again. The host was very responsive before and during our stay.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for our family, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and close to grocery store and wedding venue. We enjoyed the backyard in the morning for coffee. Wish we would had more time to cookout and to use the fire pit.

In Town for Sons wedding. Loved the back yard was bringing our dogs with but didn’t end up in the end, but perfect place for pets .

Amazing!!

The place was amazing. We fit six people very comfortably in this home. The back patio was gorgeous, a great place to hang out and the owners were so accommodating and great.

Beautiful Property

Property is as advertised. The house feels very inviting and has a beautiful backyard. Check in and check out was smooth. Property owner was very helpful providing prompt information, and and recommendations around the area. Great weekend stay!

Perfect chill out spot

We came straight here after a music festival and it was so perfect and peaceful. The neighborhood was quite and clean and close to neighborhood bars but not too far from downtown. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked and the backyard was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

My brother and I stayed here while visiting my sister. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. This house was so lovely, clean and attractive. Cozy beds, comfortable seating and efficient kitchen! The backyard was private and a great area to relax and hear the birds chirping. Our hostess was helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic House

As former Austinites, we come back every year during the holidays to visit friends. This house was PERFECT. The backyard is super fun. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely come back next year!

Comfortable, Beautiful, Restful, and Easy.

The circumstances around our visit were less than ideal, however, the home (and its owners) provided much needed comfort and respite. The backyard is just beautiful and the large windows allow all that beauty and soft light to pour in to the home from morning to night, without compromising privacy. Easy access to grocery stores etc. It’s a gem, inside and out.

Perfect home for a tranquil stay

We were attending a wedding and wanted to stay close to venue. This was the perfect place. The home is inviting, clean and the most amazing backyard, a sanctuary in itself. The host went over and above with so many provided amenities. Water, spirits and a pantry stocked with everything you need to cook. There were games provided with a list of things to do and places to eat. We felt right at home. The backyard has a hammock that was so relaxing while listening to the birds and wind blow through the giant Oak tree. We would definitely suggest staying here. It was a nice place to retreat between wedding events.
