Perfect location for our girls weekend that involved activities at the university. The home was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was well located for our needs. Appreciated the abundance of coffee pods for our use! Check out procedures were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy house on a quiet street. Clots to UTM campus. Plenty of towels, etc. Mattress in the full size guest room could use a refresh. It’s starting to sag in the middle pretty badly and if two people sleep in it, one person gets pitched to the middle. Otherwise it was comfortable. Directions on how to use the countertop ice maker would be great! I could have reached out but we were only there one night so it didn’t feel necessary. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay, with plenty of room to entertain family. Comfortable sleeping quarters with many conveniences. If you have a student attend UT Martin that you're visiting, this is perfect!

Weekend getaway

Great location. Property was clean and just as described. We loved the coffee bar and the extra snacks. We especially liked the carport lights that were on a timer since we came in at dark sometimes. We would stay here again if ever in the area.
